Are their any books online?

There are lots! The classic is Worms eat my Garbage by Mary Appelhof. She is credited for popularizing home vermicomposting. A somewhat newer, equally good starting book is The Worm book by Loren Nancarrow and Janet Hogan Taylor. Both are available online and at many libraries. They're not books you need for very long, so I'd recommend trying the state library. I did, however, have to read each one 2 or 3 times to get everything. Once before starting and once afterwords when I could understand some of the things they were saying. They're both short paperbacks and very readable.

For more detailed information, The Earth Moved is said to be very good.

If you're in a hurry, however, there is a LOT of information on the web. One place to start is www.redwormcomposting.com. Search is available on that site and there's lots of good info to get you started. Also, vermicomposters.com and more video than you could ever watch on YouTube. Worms, worm bins or vermicomposting will get you started both on google and YouTube.
